Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS)

Before IDSS is actually implemented and integrated in your business, we tend to discuss how IDSS will impact your business.

This is done through discussions and planning. Plan should be drafted on the following:

2. Requirements: Problems or strokes that you want to be the bird’s eye for business growth.

1. Prototypes: A prototype data warehouse and dataflow model is created to test a pilot data.

​

2. Pilot Dashboard: The pilot data is used to build a pilot dashboard having the UI, visuals, actions and implementation as a full-fledged dashboard, but with smaller data.

During the Project start with IDSS-integration, following parallel runs will take place to maintain the quality check from your end.

Group Discussions (GDs): Your business will keep turning in its head to raise up more problems, IDSS will be happy to solve those.

 

Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions: The technical folks from both sides will have few rounds of togetherness, to maintain the decorum of the project.

 

Individual Sessions: You can directly interact with the development / support team to understand weather you and the project folks are on similar lines.

The sessions will be arranged as an extension managed by IDSS, as a meeting invite.

IDSS works in the following manner: 

​

1. Investigative Reporting: IDSS developers will analyze the present reporting that is carried out (if any) on your data. They will investigate the problem from your present reporting (if any).

​

2. Divide and Conquer: The developers Divide the problem in Epics, Stories, Tasks(explained) in technical document, and tackle each part of the problem in segments. This will help you to see improvement in your reporting standards gradually, rather than have to wait for it to arrive in a bulk. This will also ensure less risks as monitoring from both parties will be focused.
